The rolling waves carry the poetry of summer, while sunlight paves the road ahead. Leaving behind the constraints of concrete and the bustle of city life, we follow the direction of the wind, embarking on a midsummer journey of connection, collaboration, and growth.
Our first stop led us into the fairytale-like Blue and White Town, where winding stone steps and a gentle sea breeze created a Mediterranean dreamscape—so serene that even time seemed to slow down. Afterwards, we ascended to the Niue Mountain Island Park, taking in the breathtaking harmony of mountains and sea, and embracing the vastness and freedom offered by nature.
After a midday break, the “Beach Sports Carnival” kicked off in full swing. Centered around the themes of teamwork, strategy, synergy, and fun, a series of interactive games—such as Gobang relay, beach volleyball, and pillow fights—unfolded one after another. Between laughter and competition, team spirit quietly took root; under the blazing sun and flying sweat, energy burst forth. The CHISAGE ESS team fully showcased a spirit of mutual support, unity, and vibrant enthusiasm.
As evening approached, everyone embarked on a delightfully rustic seaside adventure—clam digging and crab catching along the shore. In this intimate encounter with the ocean, childhood joys were rekindled, and a deep sense of contentment was found in nature’s generous gifts.
With the salty sea breeze in the air and starlight flickering against the glow of the charcoal fire, the seaside barbecue banquet slowly unfolded. As the grill heated up and delicious aromas filled the night, everyone gathered around, sharing stories and raising their glasses in celebration. When brilliant fireworks lit up the ocean sky, the entire team-building journey came to a close in the most passionate and romantic way.
Between light and sea, we set out once more; through unity and determination, we build the tower of our shared future.
