Recently, CHISAGE ESS, in collaboration with its partner NOON, successfully hosted a training meeting in Iraq. The event welcomed 15 companies and over 20 technical engineers and business leaders from Erbil and surrounding cities. This meeting was not only a grand occasion for energy storage technology exchange and cooperation but also a significant initiative by CHISAGE ESS to deepen its presence in the local market and drive rapid brand development.
The training session was led by Iraq-based technical expert Karam Alhilo, focusing on CHISAGE ESS’s low-voltage single/three-phase hybrid inverters and lithium battery packs. The session provided a comprehensive analysis of core technologies and application scenarios. Highlights such as an on/off switching time of less than 5ms, support for up to 20 inverters operating in parallel in off-grid mode, and direct battery connection eliminating the DC bus to reduce costs received unanimous praise from the attendees. They expressed that these innovative and practical features sparked new possibilities and creativity, making them eager to incorporate these functionalities into future installations.
To ensure that attendees gained a comprehensive understanding of the product’s performance, the technical engineers conducted on-site demonstrations, including unboxing, installation procedures, and functionality settings. Interactive Q&A and testing sessions were arranged to foster active engagement, and completion certificates were awarded to participants who successfully passed the training. This combination of theory and practical training allowed attendees to experience firsthand the rapid response capabilities of the hybrid inverters and the streamlined installation process. It deepened their understanding of the products’ efficiency and ease of use, further strengthening their trust in our solutions.

In collaboration with our partner NOON, we have established an office, showroom, and after-sales center in Iraq. Our robust 5-year warranty policy includes free replacement of damaged devices within the first 6 months, free repairs for all devices at the after-sales center during the warranty period, and provision of backup equipment during repairs to ensure uninterrupted project operation. Attendees were impressed by our comprehensive localized support, recognizing CHISAGE ESS as the first Chinese energy storage company to offer such services in Iraq. They expressed that this level of support significantly reduces their concerns for future sales and operations.
