To comprehensively enhance team technical expertise and operational capabilities while inspiring employees’ enthusiasm for mastering technology, the annual CHISAGE ESS Inverter Manufacturing Center Skills Competition has commenced. This event further advances the lean manufacturing process, aiming to build a professional and efficient manufacturing team.
The skills competition was themed “Disassembly and Restoration of High-Voltage Power Boards,” divided into two categories: the Professional Group and the Non-Professional Group. It tested participants’ fundamental skills while challenging their precision in handling intricate details. The task required the disassembly and restoration of 9 capacitors and 1 diode within the allotted time, with all finished products undergoing rigorous inspection to ensure craftsmanship quality and full functionality.
At the competition site, every participant infused focus and enthusiasm into their operations. From the precise disassembly of the first capacitor to the final placement of the diode, their actions were skillful and seamless. Through meticulous operations, they demonstrated an unwavering pursuit of technical excellence, showcasing the expertise and skills honed through daily practice to their fullest potential.
The judges for this competition were Manager Niu from the IE Department and Manager Wang from the PE Department of the Inverter Manufacturing Center. They conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the entries from multiple dimensions, including efficiency, compliance, and craftsmanship quality. Each participant received constructive feedback on their performance, and the winning contestants were awarded prizes.
